 Swynnerton, Annie Louisa (1844-1933) was an English painter. She was an active feminist and suffragette. With Susan Dacre she founded the Manchester Society of Women Painters in 1876. She was elected Associate of the Royal Academy in 1922, the first woman to receive academic honors in 154 years.
